You can collect the goods from here within 7 days. If the goods are not collected within seven days, they will be returned. In the case of sending via Czech Post, the deadline to collect depends on the terms and conditions of Czech Post.
7. Is it possible to return the PURCHASED goods?
According to the Consumer Protection Act, when buying goods through Internet, the consumer is entitled to a refund for the goods within 14 days of their receipt. It is possible to return goods as described in the business terms and conditions, in paragraph 5.
8. When can I complain about defective goods?
In the case of a defect, the purchaser / buyer is obliged to inform the seller / supplier without undue delay after he / she has had the opportunity to inspect the item and detect the defect.
9. Where and how can I MAKE A complaint about the goods?
The procedure for complaints is given in the complaints procedure and the general terms and conditions. Complaints about goods are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
